Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order item, you are reserving a product that is not yet in stock and is currently in production.

• Full payment is required at checkout to secure your order.

• All pre-order purchases are final once placed. Due to the made-to-order and limited nature of pre-order items, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded while the item is in production or awaiting fulfillment.

• Estimated shipping timelines are provided on the product page. These timelines are estimates and may vary due to production or logistics factors.

Once your pre-order item has been delivered, it may be eligible for a return or exchange in accordance with our Returns Policy, provided all eligibility conditions are met.

In-Stock Orders

For items listed as in stock at the time of purchase:

• Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

• Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Returns or exchanges may be requested after delivery in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Payment Authorization & Fulfillment

By completing your purchase, you authorize Anádos to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount at checkout. Orders are fulfilled once production (for pre-orders) or processing (for in-stock items) is complete.

Policy Acknowledgment

By placing an order with Anádos, you acknowledge and agree to this Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy. Anádos reserves the right to refuse cancellations or modifications that do not comply with this policy.
